A platform for local offers

napopust.me is a platform in development for finding offers and buying coupons from businesses in Montenegro. The work covers the complete website and application, from the public catalogue to the tools used by customers, merchants and administrators.

My role brings product development and growth consulting together: translating requirements into usable journeys, building the application in Laravel and preparing its search and referral channels.

From discovery to coupon use

The catalogue supports search, categories, city filters and individual offer pages. The aim is to help visitors understand the offer, its terms and the next step, including on a small mobile screen.

The development also covers customer accounts, saved offers, the cart and coupon management. For merchants, it includes public profiles, branches, offer publishing and the workspace needed to manage their presence on the platform.

Full development in Laravel

I am building the frontend and backend as one Laravel application. The work includes content management, account access, offer moderation and the workflows that connect buyers with participating businesses.

Testing covers the journeys people actually use: finding an offer, signing in, managing a coupon and working with merchant tools. Mobile layouts and accessibility are part of that work.

SEO built into the product

Technical SEO is being developed alongside the catalogue and page structure. This includes server-rendered titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, structured data, sitemaps and previews for shared links.

Search results, filters, private accounts and public offer pages need different indexing rules. Keeping those distinctions clear helps search engines reach the relevant public content without exposing private or unfinished pages.

Affiliate as part of the customer journey

The affiliate system connects referral links with the relevant offer and provides reporting for partner activity. This makes referral tracking part of the application itself and gives the project a basis for evaluating this channel after launch.

Current stage

The project is in active development and testing. This portfolio entry presents the scope of my work so far. Sales, traffic and growth results will be assessed after the platform launches.
