These terms explain the rules for using Vujosevic.com. Fortunately, they are considerably simpler than the privacy policy.

1. Website content

The content on Vujosevic.com is provided primarily for general information, education and professional communication.

I try to keep information accurate and useful, but digital marketing, search engines, advertising platforms, technology and regulation change constantly.

Content therefore should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a specific strategy will produce a specific commercial result.

Especially in SEO.

Anyone guaranteeing rankings should probably have their own section in the Hall of Shame.

2. No guarantee of results

Examples, case studies, observations, opinions and recommendations published on this website do not guarantee equivalent results for another business.

Results may depend on factors including:

• budgets;
• implementation quality;

• search engine changes;
• advertising platforms;
• timing;
• client decisions;
• factors outside my control.

Specific commercial engagements may be subject to separate contracts, proposals or terms.

Stealing an entire article and changing three adjectives is not “content strategy.”

The fact that an image appears on Vujosevic.com does not automatically give visitors the right to copy, download, redistribute or reuse it.

Please respect the original creator's licence.

They did the work.

I am not responsible for third-party websites merely because I linked to them.

A link is a door, not an adoption certificate.

I try to keep the website secure and available.

However, I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

• circumstances outside my reasonable control.

I build websites.

I have not yet negotiated a service-level agreement with the entire internet.

Testing my patience is legal.

Testing my server without permission may not be.

This website and these terms are governed by the applicable laws of Montenegro.

Where mandatory privacy, consumer protection or other laws provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

The GDPR applies where its territorial scope and other legal requirements make it applicable to the relevant processing.
